Repair in a box

Currently Encore offers a mail in repair program for iPods and iPhones. The consumer can purchase a shipping kit from our web site, www.RefreshedByEncore.com or from a retail store or etailer that carries our product for $19.99.

The retail packaged shipping kit includes a box, shipping instructions, and a shipping label for the consumer to send his/her iPod or iPhone into our facility for diagnosis. Once we receive the unit, we diagnose the problem and email an estimate for repair. If the consumer then accepts the repair, we apply the $19.99 toward their repair cost, repair the unit, and ship it back to the consumer with a 90 day warranty. If the consumer denies the repair, we send their unit back to them unrepaired.
