Service Contracts

Encore works with many retailers and third party administrators (TPA’s) to fulfill obligations for extended warranty programs on consumer electronics utilizing depot repair models. A customer’s defective unit is sent to one of our processing facilities and returned to that customer in a timely manner.

Quality refurbished product lowers the overall service costs to a retailer or insurer yet provides the consumer with high quality product in a timely manner. Encore also currently provides large retailers with advanced exchange programs to service their extended warranty programs. Advanced exchange programs allow for customers to receive a working replacement product without having to have their original repaired and sent back to them. Our extensive expertise on repair refurbishing ranges from simple repairs to significantly more complex board level repair of consumer electronics. This broadens our range of offerings and increases repair yields to customers in need of direct extended warranty programs.
