Summary:
Under the leadership of the Sr. HR Manager, the HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, payroll and timeclock management, workers compensation and company polices, onboarding and terminations., within our Denton, TX facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities – In this position you will:
- Onboarding of hourly employees, including preparing new hire packets, badges, uniforms, and locker assignments, as well as assisting with bi-lingual translation as part of the new hire orientation class.
- Enter new hires into ADP for payroll and timeclock and assign time off policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and employees.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with a focus on results.
- Support and work closely with head of HR.
- Process payroll, maintain benefit enrollments for hourly Texas employees.
- Coordinate luncheons and company events.
- Work with production supervisors/leads daily to ensure employee hours are correct.
- Maintain employee records.
- Maintain uniform and locker inventory for production employees.
- Handle employment verifications, offer letters and employment verifications.
- Enforce company policies and resolve employee relation issues.
- Oversee workers compensation process.
Background/Experience – To qualify for this position, you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource experience.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- Attention to detail and organized

- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Summary:
Under the leadership of the Quality Manager, the Quality Trainer / Compliance Specialist carries out responsibilities in the following quality functional areas of training and compliance within our Elgin, IL facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities – In this position you will:
Ø Prepare training presentation and materials based on the current processes.
Ø Instructing the employees in the onboarding process
Ø Maintain training system and appropriate training documentation.
Ø Conduct surveys, interviews, and review employee performance to validate the effectiveness of the training.
Ø Write/update procedures, processes, work instructions, forms, templates, etc.
Ø Perform periodic process audits and internal compliance audits to maintain document in compliance with ISO standard.
Ø Conduct material receiving inspections
Ø Assists in the periodic inspection of manufacturing areas, to ensure that they are operated according to TL9000 standard.
Ø Conduct preventive and corrective actions investigations
Ø Write/update procedures, processes, work instructions, forms, templates, etc.
Ø Supervise trainers and inspectors.
Background/Experience – To qualify for this position, you will need to have:
Ø Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Ø 2-5 years related job experience
Ø Experience with ISO9001:2015 is preferable.
Ø Bilingual: English and Spanish
Ø Good communication and writing skills
Ø Organized work habits and ability to multi-task
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)
Ø Schedule 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Onsite.
