Summary:

Under the leadership of the Director of Outside Sales, the Business Development Representative will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. The role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities – In this position you will:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Report to the Business Development Manageron (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

 

Background/Experience – To qualify for this position, you will need to have:

  • Must have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executiveor similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Under the leadership of the Engineer, the Technician II, carries out responsibilities in troubleshooting electronics, IT and Manufacturing support within our Elgin, IL facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities – In this position you will:

  • Perform equipment’s preventive maintenance (Testers Preventive Maintenance)
  • Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

 Objective:

 

Provide daily support to the technical aspects of the company’s production processes by collecting and analyzing data from production metrics and ensuring the elimination of technical related downtime and product failures. The manufacturing engineer must perform product/machine troubleshooting and repairs, define process improvements to increase efficiencies of the business capabilities, and/or generate cost savings/avoidance to support the annual requirement. He must also serve as a bridge for introducing new processes, machinery and/or products that affect the established goals of the company’s ongoing production.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to understand better future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
  • Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs, along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision-making.
  • Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and ensure that the manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational.
  • Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures, and requesting special service.
  • Define process KPI’s and monitor for trend analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Train operators on new processes and equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.
  • Test equipment for quality assurance.
  • Gathering statistics to assess the efficiency of the production.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
